Rapid delivery

If you want your made-to-order latex garments in a hurry, we can offer you our Rapid Order Service. For an extra fee, we will expedite your order through our workshop, so that it will be despatched in as little as 24 hours. You can choose from three different levels of service:

  • Silver Rapid - 25% Extra Despatched within 4 working days.
  • Gold Rapid - 35% Extra Despatched within 2 working days.
  • Platinum Rapid - 45% Extra Despatched the next working day.

The additional price for this service is calculated on the full retail price of the garment – not on discounted or sales prices. For example, if you were buying a Dress which was discounted by 20% in a sale, with Platinum Rapid Order, you would pay:

  • 100 less 20% = 80€
  • plus 45% of 100€ = 45€
  • Total 125€

Despatch Times

Despatch times will be calculated from the day we receive your order, provided it is placed and paid for in full on that day by 13:00 Moscow time.

For example, you place your Platinum 'Rapid Order' order before 13:00 on Monday, then it will be despatched from our workshop on Tuesday (the next day). If we receive it after 13:00 on Monday, then despatch time will be calculated from the next day (Tuesday) and the order will be despatched on Wednesday. But if in doubt please call us - we may be able to make an exception!

Please remember that while we aim to despatch your order within a given time, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, since we have no control over national or international postage / courier services.

Card Checks

The 'Rapid Order' clock starts ticking ONLY once we have fully verified your bank credit card, billing and shipping address. In some circumstances – particularly for larger orders or overseas cards - this can take up to 72 hours, so please bear this in mind when placing a 'Rapid Order' order – we will of course inform you if there is any delay due to these checks being made. Once all checks are complete your order will then be processed.

Availability

The above services are subject to availability, and that we may occasionally have to suspend them if we have a large volume of orders to deal with.
